Heritage and Spatial have completed projects throughout NSW. Projects include the assessment of a range of heritage features including both Aboriginal and historical artefacts, art, cultural deposits, structures, and places of significance.

Examples of recent projects completed by Heritage and Spatial Pty Ltd:

• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at Trentwood Park, Avalon.
• Undertake a detailed scan for the presence of rock art on a rock face at Drumalbyn Road, Bellevue Hill.
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at Dumaresq Road, Rose Bay for a demolition and new build.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment, Hilton Park Road, Tahmoor. This project was completed for a housing subdivision. It involved a site survey, test excavation, Aboriginal consultation, artefact analysis, and obtaining an Aboriginal Heritage Impact Permit (AHIP).
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at Raymond and Thrupp, Neutral Bay for a demolition and new build. This project incuded the removal fill covering rock platforms and the scanning for the presence of Aboriginal art and objects.
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at New South Head Road, Rose Bay for a demolition and new build.
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at Kambala Road, Bellevue Hill for a demolition and new build.
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Assessment for a development application at Olphert Avenue, Vaucluse for a demolition and new build.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment Werri Street Werri Beach South Coast NSW. This project included excavation of the barrier dune environment adjacent to the beach.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment at Petersham and Byron Roads, Leeton. This project was for a proposed housing subdivision. It involved a site survey, test excavation, Aboriginal consultation, artefact analysis and recording, and submission of reports to support an SSDA.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for a multitower development, Byron Road, Leppington. The project involved a site survey, test excavation, artefact recording, Aboriginal consultation, and submission of reports to support an SSDA.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for a development application at Pine Avenue, Davistown. This project included excavation of the sand body at Davistown under an approved AHIP.
• Aboriginal Heritage Due Diligence Assessment at Grose Road, Faulconbridge. This project was completed for a housing subdivision.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for a development application at Loftus Street, Katoomba. This project included test excavation in the Blue Mountains.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for a multitower, state significant development. Aerotropolis Core, Bradfield City. This project involved a site survey, test excavation on the Cumberland Plains landform, Aboriginal consultation, artefact recording and analysis, and submission of reports to support an SSDA.
• Aboriginal Heritage Impact Statement, Main Road, Toukley for a demolition and new build.
• Manage grant preparation and implementation of a project to replace heritage signage for the Derby Heritage Trail, Derby West Kimberley, Western Australia.
• Aboriginal Cultural Heritage Assessment for the Fire Access and Fire Trail Program for Muogamarra Nature Reserve, under management of the National Parks and Wildlife Service. This project included the survey and recording of sites throughout the firetrail network within the reserve.
• Manage a rock art recording project on the Linden Ridge, Blue Mountains World Heritage Area, for the National Parks and Wildlife Service. The project included the detailed recording of pigment art within rock shelters and engraved art on rock platforms.
